Throughout the project the attitude of Mr Hughes and his team was professional and transparent, which included preparing a full estimation which was realistic and easy to understand from the start, care and communication throughout the project, and agreement and execution regarding the snag list at the end. The company generally stuck to the schedule considering the unfavourable conditions we had during that winter.

“Geraint and his Company were here erecting an extension during the winter and spring of 2014. The process from start to finish was so unproblematic. The job was priced precisely and fairly, which meant that the price that was payed was very similar to the estimation given at the start of the job.
If anything arose during the building period, Geraint would discuss the matter with us, ensuring that we were happy with the extra cost before commencing.
The team were here on time every day, and if there was any reason for them not turning up to work on the extension, Geraint would inform us and explain the reasons why (e.g. Waiting for the roof timber, “you won’t see us now for a week” - kind of communication). I appreciated this, because good communication can make a huge difference to the relationship between the builder and the client.
The quality of workmanship was high, and the team always left the site tidy. I would be very happy to recommend Geraint and his Company to others.”
